Thank you for visiting and shopping at VictoriaModeStudio. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time (Production Time)
All of our products are custom-printed and made to order just for you. Because of this, please allow 2–5 business days for production and quality checks before your order is packaged and shipped out.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected:
United States: 3–7 business days (after production)
Europe & United Kingdom: 5–12 business days (after production)
Canada & Australia: 7–14 business days (after production)
Rest of the World: 10–25 business days (after production)
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak holiday seasons or due to customs delays.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours, allowing you to follow your package's journey directly to your door.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
VictoriaModeStudio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, or if it gets lost in transit, please contact our customer support immediately at our official contact email. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include clear photos of the issue so we can arrange a free replacement for you as quickly as possible.
